changes made to the manual that I should doublecheck next time:
1) tracingstats→tracingparagraphs twice in Chap 14.
2) Rewrote sentence in discussion of badness (Chap 14+7):
If the badness obtained by cubing turns out to be more than 10000, the
value 10000 is used. (See...) However, overfull boxes are considered to
be infinitely bad; they are avoided whenever possible.
3) Changed diamond leaders in table of contents, now they come closer to titles
4) I'm not sure where to stick \textindent in.
